How our workshops work

Nafees Innovations workshops are hands-on STEM experiences where participants learn by creating, experimenting, and solving real-world problems. Each workshop features a specific project or product, and participants can view the available options before registering.

Choose your workshop, select an available date and time, complete the required forms, and pay online to reserve your spot. All supplies and materials are included unless otherwise stated.

Workshop policies

  • Registration and full payment are required before attending.
  • Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Every participant must complete the required medical and media release forms.
  • Participants should arrive 10-15 minutes before the workshop begins.
  • Late arrivals may miss important safety instructions or parts of the activity.
  • Children must be registered for the correct age group.
  • Children ages 2-5 must attend with a parent or guardian.
  • Parents must pick up children promptly when the workshop ends.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions and treat staff, materials, and others respectfully.
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
  • Workshop projects, instructors, or dates may change when necessary.
  • If Nafees Innovations cancels a workshop, participants may receive a refund or transfer their registration to another available date.
  • Missed workshops and no-shows are nonrefundable.
  • Approved workshop credits must be used within the stated expiration period.
